A cosy pet friendly farm cottage, annexed to the impressive farmhouse, surrounded by the owner’s farmland and wooded hilltops, close to the popular market town of Newtown perfect for a little retail therapy or exploring the myriad of local nature reserves.

A perfect base for friends and family looking to enjoy fabulous walks from the door, explore the beautiful surrounding countryside with access to all the farmer’s fields and woodland walks, yet being close to a busy towns and pretty rural villages.

Set over the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms and a family shower room.

A light and airy kitchen and dining area with views across the lawns to the woodland beyond and an adjacent sitting area with woodburner, perfect to cosy up with in front of the TV after a busy day enjoying the locality.

Outside, you can sit on your decked area and look across the pretty undulating gardens with the ornamental pond with quaint bridge over the small stream that flows away from it.

Inside:

• 2 double bedrooms with snuggly soft duvets, pillows and a built-in wardrobe. 1 of the beds is a zip and link, so can be made up as a twin.
• Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, plus a fridge with freezer compartment. Cooking utensils and crockery provided, there is also a microwave
• 1 walk in shower room with toilet and handbasin. Towels are provided. Open plan living area with woodburning stove, table and chairs and 2 x two seater comfy sofas. The Italian leather sofa has two seperate seat controls for full recline with leg rest.
